Kilcock Celtic Football Club — Coaches’ Code of Conduct

Coaches Guide
At Kilcock Celtic we want to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all our players to learn to play soccer. Coaches should always be encouraging when speaking and coaching the payers, especially the underage teams. It is your responsibility to insure every player gets a fair amount of playing time during the matches, this especial applies to the non-competitive age groups, as it’s not about winning it’s about developing our players to a standard which allows them to compete and enjoy playing soccer. The winning will follow when they get better at playing.

Rules

All players are welcome at our club, no matter what race, gender or their level of ability.
We always coach in a positive way, encouraging players to participate and work for their team mates
We are never abusive to the referee or opposition coaches or players, as this is not the example we want to set our players.
We must control the side line and ask parents who are behaving inappropriately to stop.
If a players is looking to join the club, they should do so at the appropriate  age level (if they already play for the club at the age level above, we do not ask them to move)
